引进国外优质的教育资源，培养国内急需的技能型人才，促进中英两国的教育合作与交流，在英国苏格兰政府和英国文化委员会（BC）的支持下，经中国驻英使馆教育处认证，苏格兰学历管理委员会（SQA）在中国开设和颁发的英国高等教育文凭课程为广大高中毕业生提供了在国内接受国外优质教育资源的机会，实现了中国学生三年不出国门的“留学”，为学生和家长节省了昂贵的留学费用。
在国内：通过3年学习，各门课程合格，并通过英国苏格兰学历委员会（SQA）认证后，学生获得SQA颁发的英国高等教育文凭（HND）。
在国外：在英国停留期间。安置咨询服务中心（Relocated
Advisory Service）可以帮助留学人员毕业后寻找就业机会，此外苏格兰行政部也会为其创造适合的就业机会。我院HND项目学员在英国就读本科期间或本科毕业后均可享受到由SQA提供的以下政策的相关保障：
苏格兰政府已经和英国内政部达成协议，允许在苏格兰的大学毕业的非欧洲经济区国家的留学生在苏格兰完成学业后，自毕业当年10月31日起可以在苏格兰继续居住两年，以便寻求工作机会。在此期间这些毕业生可以在苏格兰寻找任何工作。两年内或两年后，胜任工作的毕业生可以转换为工作签证或者通过其它合法方式定居苏格兰。

国际金融 Financial Services
本专业学生主要学习国际金融、经济学、管理学、法律等基本理论和基础知识，通过对国际金融问题的理论分析和实务操作的训练，使之成为国际金融领域的复合型工商管理人才。毕业生能熟练运用英语及计算机，可在国际、国内各类跨国公司、金融机构以及涉外经济管理部门从事国际金融工作，还可进一步攻读国外的本科、硕士研究生。
